I would appreciate it if your company had a live operator I have been calling for three days and I still haven't had someone help me retrieve my minutes will there ever be any way for me to actually get help to get my minutes or do I need I report the company Add comment

I was told I could get the phone I wanted by sales rep. When I signed up for safe link it was on there Bill board 4 different types of phones when I called They keep transfering me to other departments and telling me that phone was not available in my area .I don't like being mislead Add comment

I have had my phone for around half a dozen years. No problem with the tracphone at all. When the speaker phone and ringer stopped ringing I had to phone not one but two female phone techs who said they were located in south America. Terrible customer service! Their dumb system canceled me out for no reason! I had to reapply, still waiting. Their automated system keeps hanging up on me.
