Why would I want to email you when your so call SafeLink Wireless Resolution team does nothing but send me the same email response to call in with some ticket or resolution pin number?? I have been on the phone just about all day. I got up this morning and checked to see if I had received my minutes., I got on the internet and found out my service has been cancelled. I was told it was cancelled because I did not re-certify. I was never told that I had to re-certify once a year. Then I found out that they were supposed to notify me when it was time for me to re-certify. ... Read more

I spent over 3 hours this afternoon trying to speak to a representative about my lost phone. After pushing button after button 1-9 they would hang up on me.. I finally had to give up...I was so frustrated my blood pressure was going sky high. I contact safe link asked about getting a new phone. I was told as long as it was a tracphone it was ok.tonight 1/24/16 i was told1i could not use the phone i purchaced. i got my phone and called to activate it, and it said it was activated and to dial 611 for technical assistance. so i did. i didn't even know my phone number. it took the guy who barely spoke english and didn't understand me 45 min (mostly on hold while he checked with a supervisor) to tell me he couldn't give me my number! i had to call my daughter and see what came up on her caller id!
