My phone had a lot of minutes, it just stopped working. Used it only for emergency once a month as well. I had Safelink from September 2009 through December 2013. I did not re-certify this time, as I did not know yet that I would qualify for Medicaid, which I did. I had my phone for 4 months. I just called Safelink for the second time to get my minutes and the woman I spoke to was very rude and told me yes I did get them. I have a total of 45 minutes left on my phone from June and i haven't received any for July and I guess I won't. I keep trying to add my minutes every month with the 555 input. It always says system unavailable try later. Then I end up having to wait a long time on the cust service line to enter a series of codes and/or "enroll" again!
