My mother has enrolled 6 times thru them and they keep telling her that the application was canceled because they can't verify information, I have faxed, mailed my mother's personal informatjon dozens of times. This is by far the worst experience I've had with customer service. My father signed up for usage of their services. When he received the phone it was not activated as was stated, so we proceeded to activate the phone. Yeah i had i enroll 6 times thru them and they kept fingerin my account to wher they would cancel it .... so i got tired of it to where wen they cancel it this time applyed for assurance wireless. pissed consumer did a great job getting safelink to respond to my problem. However safelink sent me a email to call them. In my complaint i wrote i have 4 hours invested with customer service.I contacted a agency with the us goverment. They responded promptly and suggested that more people complain about safelink. Tried to activate a replacement tracfone same model as the old one after an hour and three idiots in support all they said was my serial number isn't in their system. Manager wasn't available. After 20 minutes waiting I just hung up. Add comment

To date a friend has been unsuccessful in having SafeLink Service Support resolve the problem and would now like to change to another LifeLine provider. The problem is he still has almost a year left on his contract.
