I had nothig but rude customer service. I got called rude names. When i asked for a supervisor i got hung up on and the second guy refused to transver me and then proceed to reject my application. When i finaly got a supervisor, she was rude and told me that i would never have safelink as long as she was a supervisor Add comment

3 months with no phone, 3 sim cards later, 20 phone calls later, 15 plus transfers, 10 that can't speak clear english. Still no phone that is working! if you have a complain, don't just whine, here are some actions: One is to file a complaint with the public service commission (PSC) who regulates utilities in your state. The other is to contact the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC). Better business bureau. Chamber of Commerce.
