Safelink used to be very efficient and good. Now they are tracfone they are ridiculously awful! This is ridiculous. Government please fire everyone at tracfone and start over! This is awful. Read more

I am a Case Manager and work with Medicaid patients on a daily basis. I have had it with Safelink. After ordering hundreds of phones for those that are entitled today was the last straw. I contacted them to discuss a pending application & was sent round & round through the automated system. Eventually, I did get to a rep. whose name was Ricah(I believe). I tried to text my new phone number to a relative and was unable to get the number keys to type the correct letters. When I hit a number, it stayed on that letter, not moving to the next one so the next number I hit added a letter, but not in the correct order. The only option provided for help or complaints is a phone number. I am newly disabled and that is why I applied for the phone. I checked several times and saw that it was still under review. After a month of this I looked to another service provider. I emailed the provider and they advised me of why I was not getting anywhere. Not a good company, very bad sevice, nonsense to go safe link, They took the government money and give us no phone service every a while at a time, they cuts off the sevice with a badly signal, even not add Talk time to your phone somethings if you don't keep your eye on it, their phone send to you that work few weeks only, every time you switch a new Phone than you lost all the minute that you had saved, bottom line they just want to steal... The Motorola phone replacement I was promised to receive never did transpire. All I got was excuses from Safelink Wireless saying you get what you get for a phone replacement and they have no control over what type/model of phone you get. All I wanted is a phone like I had with a space available for a Micro-SD card to download all my information and contacts onto my replacement phone. I misplaced my phone. I received a card in the mail saying the phone hadn't been used in a while and if it was lost or stolen to call and another phone would be issued. Does this company have only one customer service individual? Have been waiting on hold 25 minutes. Went to the website, nothing to assist in this issue. WTF? I'm calling my congressman to complain and to have this subsidized company eliminated from this program. Read more
