if you have a complain, don't just whine, here are some actions: One is to file a complaint with the public service commission (PSC) who regulates utilities in your state. The other is to contact the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC). Better business bureau. Chamber of Commerce. Called different numbers for over 4 hours to try and get a replacement phone for my mother-in-law. Only 1 person out of the 5 I talked to even tried to help and she transferred me to a supervisor who said we'd already received a replacement phone, which we never did, and who just kept repeating over and over that we had, just because his computer showed a ticket number. I'm not sure who they have doing the customer support but they suck! I sent an email explaining that I didn't receive my minutes for December and I've been going back and forth with them. I own a business and cannot afford to have Internet. The Internet is down and the representative told me they can have someone here in 5 days to fix it. Rediculous!!!
