I just called Safelink for the second time to get my minutes and the woman I spoke to was very rude and told me yes I did get them. I have a total of 45 minutes left on my phone from June and i haven't received any for July and I guess I won't. I keep trying to add my minutes every month with the 555 input. It always says system unavailable try later. Then I end up having to wait a long time on the cust service line to enter a series of codes and/or "enroll" again! I use my phone and make the monthly required call, but am afraid to use it too much because I do not know when I will get my minutes and am on disability and can not afford... Read more

I applied for a safelink wireless phone on 3/19/14 & as approved on 3/22/14. Tiday us July 2, 2014 and as of today I stil have not received my initial safelink phone. Even wurh consistent calls to custoner service with the promise that i would receive my phone.
