75 year old mom went into hospital for a month.Phone was deactivated and we have been trying to get phone activated for three weeks now! Have spoken to at lesst lten reps. And have been told ten different stories.She's 75 and lives alone! WTF!

I am disabled and have a government free phone. I was approved for a smart phone on 7/6/17 because I was having issues with my current phone. I have not received the new one and my existing phone has been deactivated. Why? I've tried checking the status but its saying my account doesn't exist.
