When I enrolled, I was promised a good phone, like an e-phone by the two girls on the street corner signing people up. I received a cheapy *** phone. Customer service was no help, and didn't even offer to put in a complaint about the girls. Safelink has my enrollment information, they know who signed me up, but offered no help. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! No way to get ahold of them. Tried every different number. And the website doesn't recognize my info. GARBAGE. IF YOU HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY,Do so!

It's really horrible service when one has a problem that requires calling customer service. I do not think these people are being properly trained or they are not paying attention when they are being trained for the job. Why didn't they transfer my minutes to my lost phone? I had to call, because my current company was discontinuing me, because they stated that I ordered service from safelink, which I did not do, because safelink doesnt provide smartphones. I have been trying to get my phone reactivated and they keep sending me to different departments and so called "escalations" and have NOT fixed my problem after 5 days. This is the worst customer service and service I have received. Plus, It is so frustrating to hear them repeat their script with the "I am so sorry" without really fixing the problem. I purchased a phone from safelink. When it got here it was not compatable with this area. I was told to return and they would refund my money. I returned and now they claim it didnt come back even though i have the tracking info stating it was returned. I was going to be able to buy a different one after the refund. And again safe link after promising good service, I didn't have service on 19/28/16. I think enough is enough. They have government agreement,people with SSI getting free service.
