I was one pissed customer recently regarding the horrible customer service for safelink tracfone and I am still not satisfied. With all the lies I was told about shipping dates the phone finally showes up. Would of been nice to recieve a phone case or something due to the inconvenience.

Initially called about the service in May. Phone worked when it wanted to. Called in July. Told replacement phone would be sent. Received phone. Ok for a day or so. Called in August. Told a better phone or digital phone would be sent. Sept. 6, received Sim card ? Help!!! Not eligible for a WORKING phone ? Reps sound like they all read the same answers for whatever you ask or say.
