Quality of phone and service is subpar
They sent me a used A01 that wasn't cleaned from previous owner. It is slow and freezes all the time.
The storage is awful it doesn't have enough space to open a pdf. It never works the last week of service due to them slowing the speed. I've used it for a year like this. I've called multiple times and am told they are no upgrade or replacements.
At even at a reduced cost for a low income life line recipient.
Customer service is rude, short and doesn't care. They provide no solution except buy another phone.

After recertifying phone in 11/2022, had to do it again in January,after getting approval have been trying to reactivate for a week, disconnected,hung up on, given different numbers that go to the same place, operators who read from a script and can't provide any help.

They said I changed service, which I did not. So I called 611 and paid the 15$ plus tax 17$and change.
Still can't use the phone. Telling me I have to requalify. If I'm paying for service it shouldn't matter if lifeline is available. So help solve the problem.
Unlock the phone or whatever it takes. Or give me back my $$.

I got my safe link number ported over to metro I would like to get a new number
I got my wife an iPhone and I ported my number over to metro by accident I need a new phone number for my safe link phone the number that I had and was ported over is 404623**** I still have my phone and my SIM card I just need a new phone number thanks for ur help with this issue I am having

My phone was stolen and I reported
My cell phone was stolen and I reported it serval weeks ago I was told another would be mailed to me but not yet. My name is John Alston I live at 73 2nd St. Albany NY apt B enrollment # 16504****, can i please be sent another cell phone and the stolen one be turned off that in my name

This woman was properly trained to frustrate the *** out of me. I couldn't understand her and she would talk over what I was saying.
I talked with John earlier and we were getting somewhere going a completely different direction.
Why do you need the last 4 digits of my credit card when I NEVER used it for this phone? Nothing was explained and exploding !

Worse Customer Service Ever
I have been trying to help my dad add this so call approved ACP benefit to his existing phone and all we get is; long hours on the phone (with SafeLink and Straight Talk), long wait times online chat (with provided), call back from reps that still say they have to transfer me, and transferred to queues only to be dropped after SafeLink reps say they will make sure I'm transferred to a rep that can assist with ACP. DON'T PROMOTE A PROGRAM YOU HAVE NO MEANS OF SUPPORTING.
I did not go looking for this for my dad, they sent a text to me, making it seem so easy for him to apply.
All I've gotten from this process is STRESS. Your service for this program is the worse and Safelink customer service is the worrrrrseeee I've ever experience.
User's recommendation: Try another service if you are getting this type of customer support.
