I had nothig but rude customer service. I got called rude names. When i asked for a supervisor i got hung up on and the second guy refused to transver me and then proceed to reject my application. When i finaly got a supervisor, she was rude and told me that i would never have safelink as long as she was a supervisor

December 2014 safelink gave my phone number to someone else .and deactivated my cell they stated to me you called reported a lost phone. For 4 days i called i got nothing but execuses i have a worthless phone now

Safelink Wireless - Cell Phone Review from Lansing, Michigan

3 months with no phone, 3 sim cards later, 20 phone calls later, 15 plus transfers, 10 that can't speak clear english. Still no phone that is working! Probably going to loose my phone number because I can't maken1 phone call per month, because now they refuse to acrivate my phone because they want me to purchase airtime, when I HAD 400 minutes on my phone to begin with, 200 of those that I DID PURCHASE. I *** hate this company, they need to be shut down!!!

Input 555. Have promo code? Say NO. Leave phone on and it will add minutes.

If no minutes are added call the 1800-378-1684.

minutes not sent at beg of month (jan.2015), and during Dec 2014, minutes disappeared without calls being received or made. unclear which serial number is being requested: IMEI on the phone is 35972204/195540/8; serial no on phone is R21C44SNADV. Don't have a PIN, don't know where to find it. My daughter and I have spent over two days on the phone and on line, with no resolution. Registration number on paperwork is 10397759...using the phone numnber worked sometimes, not others 360-201-9298. Phone is Samsung, not Motorola, and I have no Samsung model number to enter for problem solving. Service is active until 2017 and I have 753 service days left.

You try turning the phone off and on then enter 555 on the 'Add Airtime' option of your Prepaid Menu.

i was told that by getting service with safelink i would get 500 min but every month i have to call the 800# then hold forever and explain my self then ask fro the minutes... why is this? i always have a difficult time understanding the rep and cant sweem to ever speak to an american. no one ever understands me. no matter what i say they always say , i see ok thank you. i only want to get the minutes they told me i would get. i dont want all the trouble and time wasted. no more problems
