Ive applied for safelink phone for three months in a row, . I faxed papers to them and they claimed my papers was unreadable four times then i mailed my papers then they said they never got my papers.

I submitted all the necessary documents that these idiots requested. I even paid $6.00 to send it priority so that I could track the parcel. I received confirmation that the parcel was delivered on 9/6/2014. I even called the post office to inquire about the parcel. The post office confirmed that it WAS delivered on 9/6/2014. They tell me to resubmit the information. WHY should I, pay another $6.00 on to have the idiots tell me they never received it. I would discourage anyone from doing business with these idiots! I plan on complaining to the Better Business Bureau.

Safelink Wireless review: You're on sevice is the end to all the good things that safelink had and now it so over the mark.

I do not no what a mm/dd/yyyy/ is to be other than the request you ask for and then the junk dose not let you have the service time to get back the days being requested for have extended days added to the service of you're phone I move in and out of the area with this phone it's very important to have phone access to contacts around the country, but now this service is no longer the thing, just like all government it becomes junk when you need it most of all, just another wast on people who are getting back on their feet in a country which never forgives anything.

I've been trying to talk to the people at there customer service line and they are rude I asked to speak to the floor supervisor Iris and she was extremely rude and I'm still lost with no help to my problem with my phone number the customer service is unorginized and are in a desperate need of proper customer service training and people skills I was very displeased with my customer service experience with them I am thankful that I have a free phone but is it worth it to be treated like an animal and not with respect the more I tried to explain the more she kept telling me the same thing over and over we was going back and forth in circles she wasn't listening to me she kept putting the phone down mumbling things to her other colleagues and wasn't listening to any thing I had to say I was frustrated and so was she I was trying to calm her down and she kept repeating herself over and over I ended the call by saying now I'm stuck and so are you I am going to file a complaint on you I was not treated fairly

The 1st phone I got worked for 3 months and then died. But I did get my minutes regularly and could text and read texts with no addition charge. Then They sent me a replacement phone. OH MY GOD, I can not text, hit any button and a 3rd of the time it starts screaming...

Safelink Wireless - Phone Service Review

My SAFELINK phone was stolen I purchased another phone to switch my service over however the transaction could not be processed. Automated voice says it's due to another order being processed. I have not placed any orders and have not been able to resolve anything, no live person to speak! I cancelled the service now someone answers my stolen phone and hang up. I'm very upset and want the service turn off and the minutes transferred to my new phone asap! Thank you!!!

The same thing happened to my mother. She has a new safelink phone that is fully activated.

The stolen one was supposed to be cancelled, but someone answered it, denied it was my mom's phone, and now has it going straight to voicemail (with my mom's name in the voicemail message). She never got her minutes on the new phone either.

Cannot get a live person at the support number for Safelink. URGH!

I had the same problem and the people at this email address helped me fix my issue. I know that the email is going to the company themselves but the people handling these emails are very good.
