My safelink phone
In my opinion, Safelink is a total scam
Never received Promotional minutes
Never received promotional monthly 500 minutes. Their system is saying I did, I keep telling them I didn't.
I've called over 8 times trying to rectify this problem. I keep telling them to go into my call log and compare Minutes Issued to Minutes Used, which would clearly reflect MINUTES WERE NOT ISSUED. They refuse to go that extra mile, to search out the problem.
Safelink would rather imply that I'm a LIAR than to EVER think that the computer is WRONG!!! This is very irritating because I've given Safelink my personal information to receive a service that isn't nearly worthy to have it.

I applied in June of 2015 and it is now September , still waiting for the phone. No matter witch number I call it is always a recording and it always says I'll get my phone on 5 days.
It's been says 5 days for 4 months now. I would like to talk to a "live" person, how can I do that?

All i have to add is stay away from safelinks. it is not a wonder they have so many complaints on this site.
After 13 emails,and at least 9 different reps, i still never got a new phone. This company is beyond belief,and totally disorganized.

PUSHY SAFELINK REPS IN WALMART
Two of their reps were set up in a booth in WalMart today. They followed customers around and approached workers while they were on the job.
I don't really know why WalMart lets these people in when they have their own cell phone department. WalMart, who decided this? Someone in your home office?
You don't need these pushy people blocking the aisles like the guy who chased down the man in the motorized chair and then held him captive for 20 minutes while they signed him up for their service! If this is something you're doing, set them up in the electronics section with the other kinds of cell phones and don't let them bother people!

THIS PROGRAM IS RIGHT ON PAR WITH OBAMACARE ... A MISERABLE FAILURE. WHEN I CALL SAFELINK I AM TALKING TO SOMEONE IN SOUTH AMERICA THAT DOES NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH.
I AM FILING A COMPLAINT NOW WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE OF FLORIDA. I HAVE HAD TO BUY EXTRA MINUTES SINCE MARCH DO TO SAFELINK'S FAILURE TO ADD PROPER AIRTIME.
SAFELINK SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO STATE "EXACTLY"WHY THIS HAS HAPPENED FOR 4 MONTHS WITH AT LEAST "100 WORDS"... !!!
