I spent 9 hours on the phone trying to get the messaging to work...It still isn't working and I'm waiting for a new phone for two weeks This is the third sim chip and phone.
When a tech could not get it to work he would bring on another tech after waiting on hold for 20 minutes. Each time a tech worked they made me do the same thing. over and over.
then they said it was working and stopped helping I had to start all over again the next day when they decided there was something wrong with the phone.I had to ship the phone back to them and have been without a phone for 2 weeks now.
