I spent 9 hours on the phone trying to get the messaging to work... It still isn't working and I'm waiting for a new phone for two weeks This is the third sim chip and phone.

When a tech could not get it to work he would bring on another tech after waiting on hold for 20 minutes. Each time a tech worked they made me do the same thing. over and over.

then they said it was working and stopped helping I had to start all over again the next day when they decided there was something wrong with the phone. I had to ship the phone back to them and have been without a phone for 2 weeks now.

i keep trying to get my puk code from them...they give me the wrong info every time.
