canot call in or out called them 3 times first said I had to upgrade phone would cost 25 dollars second call did add ress change said give it hour then try again gave it all night so called third time said I had to be at home to fix it (I was at sons) so I still have no service all I need is new phone you canot hear or understand most because they are from other countrys why do you need 100 words by by by by by by by by by by by by by by by by by by by by by by by by
