I am the guardian of a phone used by a mentally disabled individual. Safelink claimed it sent out a letter of renewal, never received.
Countless times over the phone with no resolution. Mailed in all the renewal items, certified mail. Now they say it was never received, even though I have a signed return receipt from the post office. No satisfaction what so ever, now they want me to start the process all over again and send in new info???
Can't even count the times I was transferred and hung up on.
Without a doubt has to be the worst customer experience ever. Glad the government has something to do with this, another complete failure of over site by our government.
