1) Spent 1hr. and 10 min. on phone for phone that would not display phone call answer icon. Put on hold appr. 10 times for them to discuss it with next level technician. 4 times on hold for them to talk to direct supervisor who was not immediately available. Wound up finally making a decision to send a new sim card.

2) No way to change account address online. Unable to log in, had all correct info. Previous tech couldn't do it or transfer me.

3) Sim card ordered overnight air from the Philipines, per tech, 3 to 4 days.

Good place to start with MAGA business investment on their part.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

No sympathy here. I don't, and have never, had a cellular device of any sort so therefore I am not subject to the conditions of your complaint.

And I'm so ignorant I've never heard of MAGA or a sim card. Simpler life, happier life, less expensive and frustrating.
