Jan 12 between 8:30-9pm call to recertify. The man I spoke with refuse to help me.
He that not having my ID number was a personal problem. Then he started pushing button on the to keep from listening to me. He refuse to let me speak with his supervisor. He said he was the supervisor.
I have been with safelink for 9yrs and have never had a problem. I am so disappointed. Really wish someone would listen to that call.
I hung up and call back. I got help and she apologize for him.
