They mailed my grandmother a postcard with a phone number to call if the phone was lost or stolen. The phone was indeed lost so we called the number.
There are many different menu options and I tried almost every combination before finally being able to report the phone as lost. Then when I finally got connected to a representative, I was stuck on the phone for over an hour to get a replacement phone. 95% of the time was total silence, but I was not on hold, so it was completely awkward, not to mention it should not have taken that long. I could barely hear the person whispering and mumbling.
The connection was very staticy and unclear and the rep wouldn't even try to be clearer or louder each time I said I couldn't hear them or understand them.
They just said the same thing in the exact same way once more. Absolutely horrendous!
