I've had service with SafeLink Wireless since June 2024. I transferred with Lifeline benefits already knowing I'm eligible, qualified, approved, enrolled, active - all of the above.

Every month, without fail, SafeLink deactivates my phone service. The first time, I was told it was a mistake and it wouldn't happen again. The second time, the representative stated that I was disenrolled because I didn't qualify and that I needed to reapply. I spoke with the Lifeline administrator and was informed that the reason for my disenrollment was that I wasn't using my benefits.

My carrier never responded and didn't apply my benefits to my account, so I had to reapply. This left me without a phone or transportation for appointments that I've been waiting so long for, as well as for my Social Security Administration phone appointment. It was a massive inconvenience, only for it to happen again in August - same issue. Two weeks ago, I called SafeLink and explained what keeps happening and asserted I didn't want it to happen again.

The representative stated that the benefits have been correctly applied to my account and that it won't happen again. Great! Well, hello September, here we are again. This is ridiculously frustrating.

All customer service representatives say they apologize for the inconvenience. No, you're not!

I can't use my phone while they port my number! Safelink tells me it will be two to three business days until I can use my phone!

I can't get an answer from customer service about when my phone will be ported over. I have called at least eight times.

I've been hung up on. I've been told someone will call me and when the call back number does call, no one is there. I'm told that it will be 24-72 hours before my phone will be connected to their network. People need to have a phone in case of an emergency!

This company is terrible and I will contact The Better Business Bureau as well as the agency that recommended this company.

Absolutely unacceptable! Plus the agents are impossible to understand!!

Lost phone need new one618

I need to chat with someone about an issue with my phone that is not working. All I am trying to do is get service back on my phone.

I have purchased a new phone and all I need is to have service switched to the new phone that I have purchased.

One of the representatives wouldn't even accept what I was trying to tell her. Poor customer service care.

I waited on hold to get to a customer service rep. And then several times while she tried to resolve issues. The phone is broken so all they have to do is replace it with a new phone. It hasn't arrived yet so issue really won't be r solved until new phone is received.

I’m homeless and needed to cancel my service as my phone was stolen .But don’t have any paperwork or do I remember my PIN code .But the lady was cold hearted about it and wouldn’t try another way .She pissed me off .Iam trying to come up in the world and get off street and get a job. But now I got to find another way to get it canceled so I can get another free phone from another company and I don’t know what I’m gonna do .But yeah I’m a pissed consumer for real .I got a six year old boy and a four year old girl who’s watched there dad godownthe guider. I’m trying fix all that and yeah she pissed me off.

Replacement phones should have the order number so I can use the phone or have the service turned on. I received the phone and can’t use it. Authentication should have multiple ways to validate your customers.
