My cellphone was de-activacted April 1,2017 when just got it in October 2016 without reason or cause and my minutes have not been received since that time on my phone. I have called them time after time, wrote letters, re-applied for phone,service,minutes plus data to get no response from them at all.
I reported my phone 252-363-0455 missing after I could not find it and now have found it. I need it to be re-activated plus my minutes added on that i have not received for the past 3 months . I would rather have a new phone with camera,data, web and all of the features that is available which should come with it.
