have went thru the annual re-cert 10 times including 6/16/2017 yet have not received minutes for June or July after phone contacts -on-line w/tracfone I got to chat w/safelink end of june was told I had to provide proof of eligibility specifically an updated lease of course none exists as public housing initiates an initial rental contract upon move in housing tried to fax cover copy and letter stating I was still at same unit of course the fax # wasn't operable so I mailed it now told mailing not an option as preferred method is uploading and whether I like it or not I need an update which doesn't exist it says a letter from qualifying agency is acceptable but apparently not if safelink is forcing u off eligibility for free minutes into u having buy them WOW 10 yrs of compliance and now this BS

I liked: Phone for emergencies.

I didn't like: Customer resolvement of issues, Inability to rsolve issues on line.

Amen to your review. Same issue forthcoming for my service.

I just have not yet made contact with them. I will keep accepting free minutes each month until they actually cancel me.

How can they change qualification standards so drastically? We don't make anymore money than we did 8 years ago!
