Demeaning response from customer service, I called because I am getting very spotty services from the phone, it will just keep saying that I don't service. I called to get some help and the customer service person (David) from India said we see it working, can you make a call now, then there is nothing wrong, in a very "your an idiot tone" I explained in detail what happened and that it is very intermittent. He then put he on held with our saying another word and Never come back to the phone, I know cause eventually after 22 min the phone hung up.
