A young man came to my apartment.He claimed to be from Safelink, he had a badge with picture.

I live in a "secure" building so I believed he was who he said he was. He told me I qualified for a new smartphone and asked for my last four as he called safelink to place the order. I had been a Safelink flipphone customer for about one year. I never got a new phone, minutes stopped and when I tried to contact them I got nowhere.

I attempted to go to Assurance to get another phone, but was told Safelink may have port blocked me.I now have no cell and will try to contact Safelink to clear up, but I believe customers aren't important to them.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $45.

Preferred solution: free of free phone from Safelink. They have no interest in ID theft and or fraud.
