I repeatedly get phone calls telling me that I have not received my minutes for the month and I also get text messages as a reminder. However, no matter what I do, I am unable to receive my minutes. I have repeatedly called 1-800-378-1684 and I am told that a test is being ran on my phone and to make a call after 15 minutes. If that does not work, call back. It did not work. I called back and the process starts all over again with no results,

this has gone on for 2 months.#217-209-1973.I do not know what to do. I would greatly appreciate your help.

I am having a difficult time in verifying my safe-link phone. Although I have an enrollment I.D. #, I am unable to complete the verifying process.
