I have sent these people all my paper work 2x since March or April 2017 and still haven't received my phone, and it is now July 15 2017. I called them at the beginning of June and the supervisor told me that they received my paperwork and to keep waiting until the end of June.
So now I have to call them up again, and if they tell me to send in my paperwork again, I am going to have to give them a good piece of my mind. Everytime I have talked to someone in their customer service, they have a very thick Sanish/Mexican accent.......so hard to understand !!!
