My home phone is out of order, no minutes were put on my safelink phone for oct, i called support "from" my safelink, only to use More minutes, and told i was given them Sept 29th, i Did Not receive them!! Also, up until now, they rolled the unused minutes over...now, recieving no notifications, ive been told they Dont roll over....they always did before......so now im placed in a position of tryen to BUY min's at a store for i was not given MY minutes and home phone out of service......no one to talk to, the tech i did speak to, was rude and spoke very poor english!!!! I've been Screwed!!
