I called SafeLife wireless free phone program today 1-14-2013 .I talked to a agent and told him my phone wasn't working.He told me that he was going to send me the same phone. I asked him to send me a newer brand or and updated model. He became very rude and told me to buy one.I asked to speak to his supervisor and the supersivor was very rude and disrespectful also.I tried to tell these two idiots why would you send me the same phone.I'll probably will have the same problem as with the first one.

Monetary Loss: $50.
