My old safelinks alarm stopped working so I called them. I could barely understand half he said.

Anyway I had took it yesterday to the commission on aging, the lady there talked to him, he told her since I had had the phone for 3 years, that they would send me a new one. We asked them to leave my old phone on until I got the new one, they said it would stay on. Well today they cut it off and said they couldn't reactivate. Said I would have to wait 7-10 business days for the new phone.

THAT SUCKS!!! This company really needs to improve their communication skills.
