after the crapper phone died of 1.5 years,denied replacement.the best part was went to dollar general.$10.00 for a smart phone.

went on the net.

worst parts typed in all the data,had to repeat the answers.

did get it working.

Ilike and dislike the company but I guess things happen.The way the phones are cheap these days you would think they would invest

on phones like the one i bought.even comes with a free gps.

with technology advancing,some companies just play games.

being a computer tech and dealing with service with their questions was the boiling point of repeating myself.I admitted I had issues with the phone,it died I made it worse with the hammer.Oh,well must love the tech?need to have.
