I have a replacement phone received due to not being able to use my 1st phone that I had for 11 months. Now the new phone drops calls regularly inadvertently.
I can not get help because I do not have another phone to call them back ( per the cust rep ) Even after I call and get some help, it still drops calls, goes silent while talking. ( no I did not hit the mute ) I am disabled at home can not walk, the phone service is a important tool. I have doctor appointments I have calls from health care providers and my service does not work.
NEVER had this bad of service ever. I can not believe this is the way they conduct business.
