MY phone 661-483-6883..is not working it is not allowing me to make or receive the calls..as I got a new set from AT&T.,but the services are not being transferred to TRACFONE/SAFELINK..as it was previously saying service left only for 5 days ,now it says service left for 58 days.. Recorded message says contact AT&T NUMBER ..they are not listening.I tied to resolve with SAFELINK & talked with MR.ANDREI &the was transferred to TRACFONE..Although a young lady named KAYLENE & we failed in all efforts..& finally call was transferred to Mr.ALEXANDER a SUPERVISOR,who was not briefed ..I had been on this fo rthe last about +1 hour..so I have lost my patience..so plz.see that PHONE IS WORKING..
