i had issues with my phone working so they sent me a different sim card. that worked for about a month.

then my phone said no service or was in roam all the time. they sent me another sim. i called to activate it they did. well i never got my minutes so i called they said there was issues with my enrollment id so they gave me a new one.

waited a 7 days for a new sim card they sent it. i activated it and never got my minutes. i called yesterday they made a ticket number told me to call in 24 hours if it diidnt work. well i did and was on hold for 20minutes transferd on hold for another ten.

told to call back in 2 hours when i asked what i was calling back for he hung up on me.

i called back tried to speak with someone else he said he was transfering to a higher department and hung up me.please someone help. im in tears and cant deal.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I didn't like: Rude customer service, Poor english, Every single aspect sucked.

I have been waiting 3 months for my minutes on safelink,filled out 3 re certifications,sent all NPO been their customer 5 years,they take my lifeline money and no service,who can I contact? Jan Flecker Boaz,Al this is FRAUD

i had to wait for the 1st to see if they would load my minutes. they did load them but they removed the 7,422 minutes that i had on it .

when i purchased this phone it came with double minutes for life. when i had a issue with it because it was not working right they sent me new sim card. when i set that up it would constantly be in roam. when i called on it the person to;d me its cause the carrier didnt have 4 g.

so i could never go online cause it would keep saying data not available. they told me there was nothing that could be done. so i asked for a replacement phone like a smart phone. they said no.

now i purchased this phone from walmart it was not sent to i should be eligible for the samartphone upgrade. so now not only does my phone not work now they stole all my minutes. my safelink number is 518-291-2323 my enrollment number is 35926891.i hope you can help me resolve this issue. please please help me.

i feel like im losing my mind. when i do try to get help they always give me the run aroundfor half hour then tell me they will tranfer to another department to help me,but they just hang up on me.
