i had issues with my phone working so they sent me a different sim card.that worked for about a month.
then my phone said no service or was in roam all the time. they sent me another sim. i called to activate it they did. well i never got my minutes so i called they said there was issues with my enrollment id so they gave me a new one.
waited a 7 days for a new sim card they sent it. i activated it and never got my minutes. i called yesterday they made a ticket number told me to call in 24 hours if it diidnt work. well i did and was on hold for 20minutes transferd on hold for another ten.
told to call back in 2 hours when i asked what i was calling back for he hung up on me.
i called back tried to speak with someone else he said he was transfering to a higher department and hung up me.please someone help.im in tears and cant deal.
