Lost my phone in fire, the said a new one was on the way, a month ago, Haven't recvd it yet, now they say I'm not enrolled, system will not allow me to recertify. What the ***..

Anyone in AMERICA work for this company??? Why? it doesn't take a hundred words to express the horrific treatment from these 3rd world idiots...... how sad for American consumers....
