The phone i have totally stopped working. I tried to call customer service..after 50 minutes waiting time, i get a representative that tells me the system is not working.. 2x already and they told me to call back the next morning or 3-4 hours later when it is 5pm..

Also if you contact through email, if you put existing customer as the category, you cannot click submit.

This is really the worse company i have ever experience.

Just to let you know it has been months now and my phone is still not working... who are these people that are working there..and what kind of system is it?
