Ive been a safelink customer for 6years, AND I AVOID CALLING THEM AT ALL COST, I CALLED A ABOUT10 DAYS AGO TO PURCHASE A $15.00 CARD, BUTI WAS PASSED ON AND ON TO OTHER PEOPLE A MAN WHO FINALLY LET ME BUY A$10.00 DATA CARD, WITH MY DEBIT CARD WELL, I NEEDED MINUTES FOR THIS SAMSUNG SMARTPHONE I PURCHASED FROM THEM NOV. 2016, I.LIVE ALONE AND AM DISABLED AND MY PHONE WILL NOT MAKE A CALL. I ASKED IF I COULD PURCHASE MIN FOR A LG FLIP CELL I BOUGHT AT WALMART IN 2016, So ID HAVE A PHONE HE DID NOTHING HUNG UP, NOW WHAT LISA RIES
