My mom ordered me a safelink phone sometime ago. The first one broke in an accident so she got me a new one. Everything was fine for about a year, but a couple months ago, my minutes stopped coming automatically.

Now, every time its time for me to receive my minutes, I have to call the number 1-800-867-7183, and have to go through a series of entering codes just so I can get my *** 250 minutes. And it recently started taking off 1 minute instead of it's usual .30 for EVERY text. I'm Pissed.
