my safelink phone stopped working so i went and bought a new tracphone thinking i could replace the sim card couldnt do it so i called yous and went through all these codes and they gave me a ticket no i called back and got no satisfaction they took all 718 of my minutes now i have nothing this aint right i want my min BACK.WHY WOULD THEY GIVE ME A TICKET NO .and u cant even understand the people u talk to . i cant make any calls because they would activate my new phone y would they ask for the serial no for my new phone if they r not going to activate it
