Thank you.

It's a Tracfone service page which has links that don't work. It's useless.

I tried uploading the Lifeline application, mailing it and emailing it about 15 times each. When I e-mailed it they sent me a return e-mail telling me my enrollment was incorrect.

I'm just waiting for my phone to expire. They don't have e-mail. The only phone numbers they have are outsourced customer service numbers to the Philippines are they are of no help.

One of the customer service agents there told me they would be sending me an application during the week. I'm still waiting for that application.

I've been trying to recertify service since last April 2018. When I called the recertify automated system it kept on telling me that it was too early to recertify. I've called twelve times since April 2018.

I hate when a company outsources customer service. I'm not racist but when I can't understand what they are saying and have to ask them to repeat what they said and they get testy. I get annoyed.

Two years ago they took my phone number and reassigned it to a woman in Ohio. I have a good friend who is a lawyer. Safelink customer service is the worst of any company I have interacted with. It took me a couple of e-mails to get everything straightened out. With the help of a friend who is a rather good attorney.

I have a friend that Safelink wireless has canceled his service also. They say that now that you haven't recertified you have a fill out an application to get your service back. It might even be worth having a class action lawsuit.

Taking them to small claims court is that expensive but it will cost Safelink or TracFone Wireless money to defend themselves.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $150.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Location: Newtown, Connecticut

They just sent me back to the same customer service in the Philippines. Somebody from Tracfone should get on top of this.

My friend who is a childhood friend said he would be glad to file a lawsuit.

This must be happening to a lot of people. Even with the Federal Government that we have people should still matter.

I'm not EnchantedGar671. I wrote the complaint about not being able to recertify.

I've been trying to recertify since April 2018. Every time I try to recertify they automated system says it's too early. I was on the phone to outsourced customer service in the Philippines. I was on the phone for four or five hours.

The texts messages on my phone started coming last April. to call and recertify. Every time I called the automated system said it was too early. This kept on going on until this month when I called Safelink customer service and they told me my service was canceled.

I called again today. I was sent to the Philippines again and they said they were sending me the paperwork to fix the cancelation. I want to know why I can't just recertify over the phone and why they have made me jump through hoops.

The automated recertify doesn't work. Tracfone should bear some of the brunt of this debacle.
