I have submitted all documentation several times thru various methods including texting the information,email, and U.S. Postal Service.
It states my documentation is approved however my status is still PENDING. I spoke with RIZA for half and hour and all she could do was give me the run around after verifying all my information has been received and approved. Demanded to speak to a supervisor and was told there was no supervisor. That she was the supervisor.
Yet could not resolve this issue. Still no phone.

I didn't like: Ignore your attemps at customer service, Ignorant employees, Every single aspect sucked, Super frustrating.
