I have been trying to get a safelink phone for my disabled son since April 2014. I have tried online, have spoken to safelink and have submitted the ream of paperwork they asked for.

To date no phone. When I called to speak with someone today, 8/13/14, safelink has no record of paperwork I submitted. Additionally, it is impossible to understand the operators Safelink employs as English is their second language. Ironic in that to qualify for a safelink phone you need to be receiving some sort of USA government support.

It would be nice if Safelink hired people you could speak to. Those who truly need this assistance are hard pressed to receive it.
