We've had Safelink for over a year. When we signed up we took the plan that allowed International Dialing.

We had problems from the start. I was able to contact SafeLink and they said yes, you should have the International Dialing (our son is stationed overseas). It worked well for awhile till today.

Then it stopped. I called SafeLink and they said they never enabled the phone for International Dialing that I was lying that our plan never had International Dialing so they switched us to the lowest plan and now we have to wait another month to get the International Dialing enabled.
