I have previously complained regarding a replacement phone , today I am livid! I called to ask for replacement phone two weeks ago, at that time after several switches to someone else I was told that I would be receiving my replacement on that up coming Tuesday that has been a week ago.
Friday I called and was transferred four times and was told that my phone was sent out on the 21. Today I finally was given my tracking number and low and behold the phone wasn't shipped out until Friday and now I won't be receiving it until Saturday the 2nd. I realize that this is a free service but come on don't lie to us customers. I am supposed to be availed for my physicians to call and now yet another delay.
Get your sh't together please. I have been without a working phone since Friday
