tried to contact them 10 times over past month.between phillipine reps out of the country who I can barely understand, to automated press this and that , etc, Ive received NO HELP.

my 2 saved messages were deleted off my phone by no fault of my own. One person told me they had an upgrade and that's why I ost my messages saved to voice mail. I asked how that oculd happen, he didn't know.

was just making sht up as he went on.Ive asked for management, etc, no HUMAN to talk to ever,other than from phillipinnes Somethings fishy here and I'm ging to cancel service andnot use it anymore.
