I enrolled with your agency on March 17, 2011. I waited for application and instructions to be sent to me so I could return with verification of income.
To date I have spoken to 4 customer services persons who all stated they would send the information in 5-7 days. I have not recieved a thing. Please advise it has been more than 2 months.
I spoke with the supervisor Irene who gave me a bunch of "Who shot John".
The system is not friendly. The telephone system has a repeated message 20 to 30 minutes with no connection to customer service agent.
