My phone arrived with no number provided. Phone didn't have the option to view the number.
I had to call someone for my number to appear on their phone to get it. The phone didn't arrive with 250 mins instead it had less than 100 mins. Today is the 11th & I still haven't receive my new mins. I called to cancel my service & the rep.
tells me I need additional codes in order to receive my phone number and new minutes. WHAT?
Why should we need a code to receive our government FREE minutes or phone number. A bunch of non-sense if you ask me.
