so ime bring my old phone to safelink mind you now has whent out bought a track phone use the sims in my tmobile phone no problem so i found out i could bring my old phone to safelink now they have sent me 3 sims cards an one own the way tell me turn off the phone turn it back on should work it dont so call back very rude customer service an also the supervisor even worse these people are not american they like to play little games with you bad thats not good being trying to get my phone service since the 7/15/17 an they just so full of it now sending me out another sims. hope someone see this an do something about this they are free phones an today is 8/1/17 i have a total of 7 Reff. tickets

Preferred solution: better customer service an supervisors i think is the same person tell you to hole on for 2 min. an its still them got to do better! .

I didn't like: Full of bull.
