Got my phone on oct 8th , i was so relieved to have gotten it , i am a single mother , currently unemployment stay at home mom. , went to use the phone , and it said ,no service , i had a strong connection to wifi , so this does not make sense , i looked to see what my number was and , couldn't even provide a phone number , I've tried calling, after repeating the same thing over and over i hung up.

I do not understand, why go through the process when your getting a phone that doesn't work.

I understand its free ,and service wont be fantastic ,but no service while connected to wifi ????????? Couldn't make one phone call.
