Safelink Wireless - Not getting full minutes without having to call
i was told that by getting service with safelink i would get 500 min but every month i have to call the 800# then hold forever and explain my self then ask fro the minutes...why is this?
i always have a difficult time understanding the rep and cant sweem to ever speak to an american. no one ever understands me. no matter what i say they always say , i see ok thank you. i only want to get the minutes they told me i would get.
i dont want all the trouble and time wasted.no more problems
