REPEATEDLY I don't automatically receive my monthly minutes. I have to call them MULTIPLE times practically every month before I get my minutes.

I don't understand why they have such issues with auto load of my allotted minutes. I've had to BUY additional airtime minutes more often than not lately because of their lack of adding my "free" time. They sure don't have any problem with adding my PAID airtime!!!!!! Also, I haven't been able to receive any text messages for MONTHS and MONTHS and they still have yet to "fix" that problem.

Aren't they under some type of Government contract for these "FREE" phones and services. Just like a "Government" program to NOT work properly and for no one to give a ***!!!
