I moved to a different location and went thru issues of trying to do address change, then my phone quit working error code 34 when I tried doing anything with it. They sent me a new sim card and said I would have to get a new number and reactivate it.

Now I got the new sim card but the customer service just gave me another number that brought me right back to them and my phone is still not working and I can't get any help.

I've had this phone since 2009. Ready to find a different provider!
