I have cancer. I'm waiting for the smilow cancer center here in Connecticut to call .

SafeLink took the 16.76 out of my account for unlimited calling then turned off my Lifeline phone. When I finally figured out the phone was off and found a WiFi signal Francisco the rep on chat tried every tactic to blame me for the phone being off.

Even if ANY of the reasons he tried were true my account still had minutes on it and unlimited texting when I paid the bill . Now 30 minutes later no one has called me back. My paid for phone is still off.

And I have missed my phone calls to treat my cancer. Last month the texts got turned off and it took 8 calls to 611 for them to figure out they didn't renew them but renewed everything else. Now 45 minutes after I got kicked off the chat by the agent going by Francisco I still have no phone call and no phone service. I'm alone with cancer.

I have been very sick today. if you have the chance go with a different company¡

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $5000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
