My phone broke. I ordered a new one.
I Received it. There were no minutes on it. Called and asked why my free 250 minutes from my other phone weren't transferred? They told me I had to wait till following month to receive any minutes.
I said but that's my only form of communication. What if I need an ambulance or something? She did not care.
Then I asked how I registered a complaint with the company ? She would not tell me , raised her voice , and said didn't know the address and there was no supervisor there to talk to me.
