July 5 spoke to Antonio and he sent a replacement with 10 min. for activating and I'd get my July minutes back since he had to deactivate my phone.
July 12, talked to 3 different reps for over 1 hr and 30 min. Was told I will not get my July mins back. I explained I can't buy any minutes until my next soc. sec.
check on the 28th. I've less $1 to my name. At 71 and living alone, my health is bad,and this phone is my ONLY life line to neighbors, etc. Can't Safelink help a Sr.
citizen with a few extra minutes until I can BUY some?
