I have had problems with the safelink service off and on for several months. They turned off my service the day before they said they would and since i live in montain time zone was unable to call untill they opened again i payed for a block of time and was told unlimited texted was included they never reactivated my texting and when i call in only have this one number they tell me everything is fine on their end need to trouble shoot the device i have told them this is my only number and they act like they are not hearing me or do not understand and i need to call from a different number they have helped me in the past but refuse to help now.
