My smart phone from Safelink was shipped on 9-1-2017 and I received it a week later. I loved my new phone and the service was great, however my phone was lost/stolen a week later and it was downhill from there!!!
I called customer service immediately to deactivate the phone and I was told that I wasn't elgible for a replacement phone but if I had an old phone lying around the house I could transfer my service to it, and in 90 days I could reapply to safelink and get a new smart phone...what a joke because the customer service rep didn't tell me that for those 90 days I would be without Safelink services! So unhappy
