This is horrible we have tried to get a phone re-certified and with no success. Customer service was NO HELP what so ever.
This is supposed to be a service for people in need and with disabilities. A person with disabilities should not have to go through what this person has had to go through. I am extremely disappointed with the service and customer service. The lady on the phone was from a different state and was not able to accomplish ANYTHING!!!
I would like to express the frustration and anxiety this has caused to the disabled phone owner. Please find a way to make this process much easier.
